CRP (Control Running Programs) is a small utility that continuously scans running processes on your computer. It enables you to prevent the launch of multiple instances of the same executable and can also automatically re-launch a program that has been closed. CRP can be configured to start automatically with Windows and you can also start or stop the control engine at any time from the tray icon.

其实， CRP 的全名叫做 Control Running Programs ，它是一款免费的程控器，它不仅可以达到笔者上述的限制单一程序最大打开数量的效果，还有另一种特殊功能喔。就是使用者可以通过 CRP 来指定，当某一个程序被结束时，由 CRP 来替你自动执行另外一个程序。而这样的功能对于有系统管理需求的管理者来说就更行重要了，因为这表示你可以将 CRP 当成一个监控软件，让某个特定程序在不明原因被终止时，起到通知管理者的作用喔。
注：使用本软件需先安装有 Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0。
